An Open Invitation

GWFUSBC Bowlers,

In 1 week we will have our annual membership meeting. Our meeting will be held on at 1pm on the 27th of July at Allendale Baptist Church.

I’d like to ask you to take a moment and consider joining us for the meeting. We would love to show you how the association is doing and what we have planned for the future. We also need the membership to help us elect new and/or returning officers/directors.

We want to hear from you. Without participation by association members we’re just guessing on what, how and when to plan activities. So take an hour out of your Saturday next week and come join us to see what’s going on in your association. We would love have you there. As an added bonus, we’ll give away a free membership for every 10 members that show up.

2021 GWFUSBC Annual Meeting

The Greater Wichita Falls USBC Association will hold it’s annual meeting at the Courtyard Hotel (3800 Tarry St, Wichita Falls TX), at 2pm on the 21st of August 2021.

Agenda items:

  • Financial Report
  • Election of Officers (President – 2 year term, Vice President – 1 year term)
  • Election of Board of Directors (5 Directors – 2 year term, 4 Directors 1 year term)
  • Election of Texas State Conference delegates *
  • Election of USBC National Conference delegates *

(* You do not have to be an association officer or director to be a conference delegate.)
