Hope this email finds you well. Attached you will find the entry form for the 90th Annual Open Championship Tournament to be held in the Dallas area. No entry forms will be mailed by snail mail this year just like last year. One attachment is the full 4 page entry and the second attachment is a fillable form that you may use to fill out on your computer. Be sure if you fill out on the computer that you save it before emailing it back to me at tsusbcopen@gmail.com. PLEASE PRINT THE ENTRY FORM IN LANDSCAPE FORM.
This year the doubles/singles events will be held at AMF Richardson Lanes and the team event will be held at AMF Lewisville Lanes. Addresses are shown on the first page of the entry form. You may make as many copies of the entry form that you wish. If you would rather, you can fill out and mail to me with a cashier’s check or money order to the address on the actual entry form. You may also pay online on our website, www.texasbowling.com under the Open Tournament. The tournament will run starting April 15, 2023 and go through June 4, 2023. USBC is providing an additional $5,000.00 to the Open Tournament prize fund this year.
